Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: Ryton on Dunsmore
Hourly Rate: 9.00 - 9.50ph
Hours: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00-22:00 rotating shifts

Workforce are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a Distribution business based in Ryton on Dunsmore.


Ensure all necessary records are kept up to date and accurate, including receipt of all deliveries
Prepare all manifests in a timely manner
Investigate any stock issues which may arise.
Liaise with customers, and other departments in a professional manner.
Assist the sales department in investigating customer queries.
Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager and all warehouse staff, to create strong professional relationships.
Control daily warehouse orders placed by storage accounts; relay this information to the warehouse operative.
Update tracking information for specific customer orders - Ensure product is loaded and unloaded accurately on to nominated couriers.
Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the department

Job Title: Purchase Ledger Administrator
Location: Erdington
Hourly Rate: 12.00ph - 13.50ph
Hours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 days

Inputting supplier details on Sage and maintain accurate records
Entering invoices and match to purchase orders
Cashbook management
Undertaking such other duties as reasonably requested, of a similar responsibility level that may be allocated to the post
Prompt and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Deal with enquiries from external suppliers and other internal departments
Bank Reconciliations
• Check all handovers and action any points
• Check all epods and pods have been correctly uploaded, action and investigate any that are un-complete
• A weekly check on all un-invoiced and action any consignments outstanding
• Check daily that all customers have transmitted via the customers online portal
• Complete the daily customers collection sheet
• Ensure all multi pallets and Saturday deliveries are manifested within the time window
• Print off and land to de brief, any labels the drivers require on their return
• Give to debrief a daily list of collections
• Arrange all Irish collections and deliver to the Irish sub contractor
• Change all Irish freight to own jobs and allocate the consignments on the TMS to the Irish sub contractor
• Sent the Irish sub contract the correct PO orders
• Allocate all collections on the TMS
• Manifest all freight being sent to Pallex
• Ensuring any Pallex freight pulled for general haulage is changed to own job and the rates updated on the consignment
• Deal with any driver delivery issues and report to originating depot
• Add notes to every job, that may have a problem on to TMS
• Ensure there are no deliveries for the current date outstanding
• Make sure any freight not received is descrepted on the TMS
• Ensure all dates are correct on any freight and raise a revenue change request
• Make sure all revenue change requests are actions with the time windows
• Follow the correct procedure for all missing freight
• Check all AM and timed deliveries are on schedule
• Send a daily handover with any potential issue that may need to be actioned
