Job Title:Customer Services Team leader
Location: Birmingham/Working from Home
Salary: 23000
Hours: 40 hours a week, including rota and working some weekends


Due to increased international demand our client is looking to recruit additional Customer Service Team leader staff to join their expanding call centre on a permanent contract.

You must have previous experience as a team leader/team manager within the energy sector.



Day to Day duties will include the following:

• Support and develop your team of 8 - 12 advisors - enabling them to be their best
• Have first-line responsibility for looking after your unique and diverse customer base - ensuring customer happiness
• Be accountable for day-day operation of your team, from prioritisation of work, scheduling and monitoring.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement - this could be anything from team organisation or quick technology wins - any way that you think would improve the team's performance and customer experience.
• Building a community of team leaders through which you can share and learn together.
• Selection and training of new team members.


As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Previous team leader experience
• Background in energy services
• Able to manage a team remotely
• Self motivate
• Must be used to working within a fast paced environment

Current team plan and operate on average 25 vehicles each day covering 50% of the UK, with a plan to cover the whole of the UK from our Midlands depot within the next 6 months
We seek a transport Planner to oversee and get involved, ensuring vehicle compliance and customer service support. Must have experience of operating vans and HGVs
The job includes day to day running of a small fleet, liasing with drivers and clients ensuring the smooth running of day to day operation. Booking in deliveries and collections. Planning same day and next day deliveries of grouped orders.

Reporting directly to the company director

You will be working within the UK Operations department which is a team of 9 office staff and 30 driving staff. The successful candidate will be expected to program, set and run CNC Milling 3/4 axis DRO predominantly aluminium and stainless steel for sub contract machining company

The candidate must have experience of and be able to demonstrate proven skills in the following:

- CNC milling and turning,
- Programming, setting and operating with Mazak Controls
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship, qualification or suitable experience
- Competent in general engineering practices
- Conversant with all measurement instruments.
