OVERVIEW

Our Birmingham based client are looking to take on a skilled CNC Turning & Milling setter/operator to join the team. This is an exciting time for the company with as they are about to move into larger premises due to continued growth.

The company specialise in manufacturing components and assemblies for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defence.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Setting and operating CNC Lathes using Fanuc controls
• Setting and operating CNC Millers using Fanuc controls
• Ability to edit programs at the machine.

This is a day's based role working Monday - Thursday 7 - 5pm

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual to join the company as Principal / Senior Engineer.

The Company

The Role
The successful candidate will join the local business, and will lead the design of a number of infrastructure schemes as well as liaising with clients and mentoring junior staff in the following disciplines:
• Highway design (S38 / S278) both preliminary and detailed
• Drainage design (S104 / S98) both strategic and detailed
• Design of foul pumping stations, SUDS, flow control structures and balancing facilitates
• Residential and commercial external works design including earthworks assessments
The position will suit:
• A Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE / CEng MCIHT/ CEnv CIWEM etc.)
• A graduate Civil Engineer with a MEng / BEng / BSc who is near Chartered status
• A Civil Engineer with experience in the civil engineering sector
• A Civil & Structural Engineer who is proficient in using AutoCAD
• Experience of using PDS & Microdrainage would be desirable
The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be the sort to thrive in a hardworking and dynamic work environment.

Job title: Property Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 18k-24k dependant on experience
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am - 5.30pm with peak weekends over the summer

Our client is a leading provider of student accommodation and is looking for a property manager who will be responsible for, but not limited to, the lettings, maintenance, inspections, certification and compliance of a large portfolio of HMO properties.

Whilst it is not essential to have previous experience working in property, you must have a passion for customer service. To succeed in this role you will have a great relationship building skills
