Position: Warehouse Team Leader Late
Working pattern: 1.30pm to 10pm, Sunday to Thursday.
Site: Worcester
Salary: Competitive
We have an exciting internal opportunity to lead our PM shift warehouse team. Reporting directly to the Regional Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the day to day running of the warehouse PM shift to the highest standards demanded by the Health & Safety Act, the Food Act and our customers.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Train and develop your team to ensure consistent and high standards of performance in the picking, labelling and checking of all the orders that leave the fridge.
Constantly working on monitoring stock presentation on pallets and on shelving in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Keep stock losses to a minimum through improved controls and constant monitoring, including malicious damage and theft.
Ensure that your team operates within agreed hygiene practices at all times and
support the telesales team by ensuring all stock has been correctly received, rotated, stored and labelled.

About you:
No management experience is required for this opportunity, however due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to be efficient in the use of IT equipment and have good basic numeracy skills.

Reliability & good time keeping * To be adaptable and resilient to meet the ever-changing demands of our business * A good understanding of food hygiene (desirable)
