Job Title:Part Time Contact Centre Executive
Location:Droitwich
Salary:17k-18.5k
Hours:25hrs Monday to Friday 14:00-19:00. You will also be required to work 2 weekend days per month and these are in addition to your contracted hours on a rota basis. Saturday 9.30am-16.30 or Sunday 9.30am-14.00

The role involves dealing with prospective customers through incoming calls, building rapport, booking appointments and explaining the key features and benefits of the company and its products. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to make a positive impact to the business.

Day to day duties will include the following:
* Handle and convert customer enquiries by dealing with incoming calls and making outbound calls
* Verify all customer data
* Book appointments
* Make outbound calls to follow up on new leads

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* B2C telemarketing experience or call centre
* Proven track record of achieving targets
* Good listener, resilient with a strong focus on empathy & integrity
* Computer literate
