Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Duration:Temp for approx. 12 weeks with a view to permanent
Salary:9.00 per hour
Hours:Monday - Friday 9-5pm with 30 mins lunch per day

Due to a period of growth our client is currently recruiting for 2 x Customer Service advisors to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service enthusiast who enjoys being on the phone to join a well-established service organisation.

You will be responsible for providing a quick and efficient handling of any after sales matters raised by the end users within strict timeframes.

The role:
* Taking inbound customer service calls and giving a 5* service on all calls
* Accurate entering of data into their system
* Have the ability to ask the customer trouble shooting questions to identify their issue
* Scheduling engineer visits
* Returning follow up calls to customers

The right Candidate:
* We are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience ideally over the phone or in a call centre environment
* Have a strong work ethic and fantastic attention to detail
* Self-motivated & resilient with a positive outlook
* Willing to rise to a challenge
* Strong computer skills including Word and excel
* Must be able to drive due to location
