Business Development Sales Associate
12MTH FTC - Permanent
25k-30k depending on experience plus OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of our clients based in Stratford Upon Avon. They require a Business Development Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract with the view to permanent basis. The role is extremely varied and offers an opportunity for personal and professional development.
Some of the duties in this all encompassing role will include:
• Receipt of queries via telephone, email and face to face, whilst providing an outstanding customer service attendance at development meetings with new and existing clients
• Cold calling new customers and cross selling where possible to existing clients
• Lead Generation
• Performance Analysis
• Processing Orders that come through via Email, telephone or website
• Complaint handling and providing delivery updates
• Researching products and providing in-depth advice to customers to support their procurement arm
• Procuring and ordering stock, ensuring completive costs and considering warehouse logistics
• Budget analysis and target recognition when required
• Key relationship building with suppliers
• Working with the director, marketing department and the despatch team to ensure concise processes are kept in line
• Providing samples for goods to clients when required
• General and precise admin duties, presenting and showcasing the company to clients and directors as well and new and innovative ideas, SWOT analysis and producing marketing initiatives

As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:
• A proven sales and account management background (Essential)
• The ability to close and manage a pipeline of new business (Essential)
• You must be confident and able to engage with new people (Essential)
• You must be target driven and motivated (Essential)
• Process development planning and managing your own workload
