Sales Administrator

I am pleased to be representing a very successful estate agency in the Redditch area. We are looking for a bright Sales Administrator to support the wider team.
This role would suit someone who is looking to move into the estate agency industry, as you will have the opportunity to grow the role.
• Meeting and greeting customers who enter the building
• Answering the phone and providing 5* customer service
• Collating information on the properties and complete the sales write up on them
• Posting all updates on social media
• Creating marketing material on the properties
• Sending out marketing mail shots to customers

For the role you will need:
• To have excellent customer service experience
• Ideally have a creative writing background
• Have an interest in marketing or previously worked in a marketing background
• Excellent computer skills
• If you have previous estate agency experience that would advantageous
• 100% committed to the role
