Home Working Customer Service Advisor
Nationwide
Temporary - 3 months with possibility of longer term employment
Salary: 19.000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
We are hiring people throughout the UK to work from home helping the public with advice, guidance and support.
Our customer is significantly expanding their inbound customer service team and will provide a full induction and training with a view to start as soon as possible.
Day to Day duties will include the following:

Taking inbound calls to people providing advice, guidance and support.
Booking appointments.
Ensuring the timely and accurate recording of information through online service portals.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

Excellent telephone and communication skills
Able to deal with vulnerable customers
Polite and professional
Enthusiastic and positive
Ability to multi task
Proficient in the use of Microsoft products, electronic systems and databases
Access to a machine running Windows no older than 5-years running the latest operating system with google chrome installed.
A headset with microphone.
Able to work from home in a quiet, private space
