Receptionist
Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove
£20,000

• Answering telephone calls and directing calls to the relevant department as necessary
• Assisting with monitoring several email inboxes, including incoming enquiries and documents
• Monitoring and ordering of stationery, office supplies and relevant paperwork
• Administrative duties comprising of logging annual leave, staff meetings and dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Greeting guests and visitors upon arrival
• Any further ad-hoc administrative or receptionist duties as required by the company
Person Specification.
• Must have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office system
• Have a calm and concise telephone manner
• Able to multi-task, as this will be a busy and varied role
• An excellent level of written and spoken English
• Be well presented, as although this is not a directly customer facing role visitors do occasionally attend meetings at the office.
• Experience in similar role would be an advantage
