Salary: £22,360 with realistic OTE £35,027 and uncapped commission

As a Internal Sales Agent, you'll look after several customer accounts, proactively calling them regarding products and services. It's a 360-account manager role, covering their accounts, sales, cancellations, and queries. You'll be joining a supportive and friendly team, who will help you on your career journey. The commission is uncapped, and there are excellent opportunities for progression.

Day to day duties will include the following:
• Calling our existing customers, understanding their needs, providing the best solutions for them, and then agreeing the contractual sale with them.
• Dealing with cancellations and complaints in the correct way
• Being the industry expert for your customers by knowing / selling the products with a consultative approach.
• This is a full 360 account manager role covering all aspects of sales, cancellations, and inbound calls and email from your customers and updating the CRMs with details.
• Achieving and working towards set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically)

Job Title: Internal Quality Assurer - Part time
Location: Bedworth
Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 (full time), £13,500 (pro-rata @ 20 hours)
Due to the location of this role, you will need a full driving license and vehicle.
Workforce are currently working with an accredited business who are looking for an Internal Quality Assurer to join their team. Working with the Quality Manager this role will be responsible for carrying out internal observations, providing development feedback, supporting and developing the team to ensure a standardised approach.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for -
1. Achieving IQA KPI's for quality of delivery
• Complete regular deep dives as directed by the sampling and monitoring planner and ensure evidence meets VARCS
• Complete regular observations with the delivery team as dictated by the observation planner and the team members previous grades
• Ensure that all requests for data are completed and that all IQA dashboards are kept up to date
• Ensure monthly CPD logs are submitted to the Quality Manager in a timely manner
• Have a strong awareness of the EPA requirements for each standard and assure the quality around the readiness for EPA
• Provide developmental feedback and actions to the delivery team and follow up on any actions set
• Adhere to all the requirements set out in the Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and the Further Education and Skills handbook
2. Standardisation
• Plan and deliver standardisation and training activities for Trainers and Assessors.
• Attend IQA standardisation meetings.
3. Engaging with learners/employers
• Carry out learner interviews
• Carry out manager/mentor interviews
4. Team working
• Attend regular meetings and contribute to projects related to the job role on a company wide basis.
• Liaise with the quality manager/apprenticeship manager and provide feedback and data on trainers and assessor grades and development targets.
• To assist with duties within the scope and nature of the position
• To work as a team to manage team targets.
5. Personal Development
• To undergo training and development in line with the needs of the business, including standardisation activities
• To ensure appropriate qualifications are maintained or achieved within relevant time frames
• To maintain occupational competence and maintain CPD.

• To hold an assessor qualification
• To hold an IQA qualification
• Ability to work in all PQMS sites
