Job Description

We have a vacancy for a full-time secretary in our busy Residential Conveyancing Department.

The role will include audio/copy typing, dealing with client and professional telephone enquiries, file setups and maintenance, preparing and checking standard documents within Case Management system, preparing quotes for clients, assisting with completions, preparing Land Registry applications and searches, diary management and general administration duties.

Excellent IT, telephone and team working skills are required. Conveyancing knowledge required. Case management experience and use of Land Registry and HMRC systems is preferred but training will be provided.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
