Job Title:              Office Administrator

Location:              Wolverhampton  

Salary:                  £20,000 per annum

Hours:                  Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, 37.5 hours per week


Our client are leaders within the automotive industry and are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team.  The role entails general admin duties, telephone enquiries, data entry on their in-house system and more. This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a forward thinking and innovative company based in Wolverhampton.

Day to Day Duties:

  • General administrative duties as and when required
  • Being the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries
  • Data entry using their in-house system
  • Updating personal records
  • Payroll duties, to support sickness and absences
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers


Skills & Experience:

  • Using Database systems (desired)
  • Working within a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel (essential)
  • Ability to hit deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
