Job Title: Legal Assistant – Litigation                                                            Location: Walsall

Shift: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 15:15                                                                                                         Pay Rate: £18,500 to £19,500 DPOE                                                                            

We are currently recruiting a Legal Assistant for our client based in Walsall. You will be assisting fee earners and support staff for this growing law firm in the Litigation Department. 

What’s your average day?

• Managing the fee earners diary
• Maintaining files and organising documents
• Opening and Closing all files
• Audio typing
• Organising files, sending to storage and retrieving information
• Deal with routine client queries
• Requesting payments and record receipts of client monies

Who can do this?

• Must be confident when using all Microsoft Packages
• Confident when working alone with little to no support
• Able to handle sensitive matters discreetly
• Great communication skills

Job Title: ELPL Litigator                                        Location: Remote

Shift: Monday – Friday Office Hours

Pay Rate: £30,000 - £40,000 DPOE                                                                                           

We are currently recruiting for a Litigator experienced in Employers Liability and Public Liability for a growing personal injury firm on a remote basis.

What’s your average day?

• Handling a mix of Fast Track High Volume EL/PL cases
• Litigated and pre-litigated
• Undertaking discussions and negotiations
• Achieving rapid and appropriate settlements
• Undertaking court telephone hearings
• Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems
• Reviewing files
• Correspondence and calls

Who can do this?

• Must be a qualified solicitor OR have a high level of experience in fee earning
• 2 years experience in EL/PL fee earning
• Confident in litigating matters from start to finish
• Excellent customer care skills

Job Title: Legal Secretary

Location: Worcester

Pay Rate: 19,000-22,000DPOE

Hours: Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm

This growing firm are looking for a Legal Secretary to join them on a full-time, permanent basis at their firm based in Worcester.
