Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Bromsgrove

Salary: up to £28,000 Per annum depending on experience 

Hours: Monday to Friday

Our client is a property maintenance organisation and is looking for a Account Manager who would be keen on progressing and has the ability to work under pressure.

Day to day duties will include the following:

* Developing strong relationships with allocated clients
* Providing excellent customer service with clients
* Managing client(s) expectations and provide information
* Manage SLA's for client(s)
* First point of contact for all clients 
* responsible for updating CRM systems
* Monitor open/outgoing orders

As an individual you will need the following experience:

* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer Literate
* Attention to detail
* Previous CRM experience (ideally)
