Job Title: Customer Service Advisor 
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Sunday 8am - 7pm, Working 5 out of 7 days

Our client, who continues to make a strong identity within the fashion industry, are currently recruiting for confident and passionate individuals, to join their customer service team.

 Your responsibilities will include:
• Answer Inbound Calls
• Placing customer orders over the telephone
• Respond to Customer emails
• Handle customer complaints
• To ensure correct information is always given to customers and stores regarding orders, queries, and complaints
• To support the Customer Service Team Leader, where required
• Always uphold Data Protection 

Person Specification:
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of Excel, Word etc
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced and high volume environment
• Ability to work under pressure
