Job Title: File Opening Clerk – Residential Conveyancing

Location: Coventry

Pay Rate: £18,500 - £19,000 DPOE

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

We are recruiting for a File Opening Clerk to assist in the Residential Conveyancing Department of this growing firm in Coventry.

What’s your average day?

• Opening new matters for the conveyancing department.
• Undertaking ID checks and Money Laundering checks.
• Sending out relevant documentation to clients.
• Preparing Land Registry Applications.
• Managing conveyancers diary.

Who can do this?

• Smart manner and an enthusiastic approach.
• A willingness to learn.
• Admin experience is essential.
• Previously experience of the conveyancing process.
• Good attention to detail.
• Educated to A level or minimum Grade C.
• Experienced with Microsoft Packages.

We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join this leading firm in Coventry. This role is based in all departments from Wills to Conveyancing.

• Audio typing
• Sorting and filing paperwork
• Printing and sending letters
• Dealing with client queries
• Assisting with the post and distributing across the firm

• Admin experience is essential
• Experience in a law firm is desirable but not essential

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established law firm, they are looking to recruit an ambitious, experienced, Company Commercial Fee Earner to work alongside the Senior Partner.

Who can do this?
• You must be 3-5 years qualified, however you may be considered with an application with 3 years PQE with the appropriate experience.

What's your average day?
• You will be dealing with a mixture of existing clients as well as direct enquiries and word of mouth.
• This role will be purely based at their Coventry office, with flexible working arrangements. Travel will be required to other sites.
• You will run with an existing caseload, from start to finish, with a proven track record of meeting fee earning targets and new business development.
