Job Title: Purchase Ledger Administrator
Location: Erdington
Hourly Rate: 12.00ph - 13.50ph
Hours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 days

Inputting supplier details on Sage and maintain accurate records
Entering invoices and match to purchase orders
Cashbook management
Undertaking such other duties as reasonably requested, of a similar responsibility level that may be allocated to the post
Prompt and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Deal with enquiries from external suppliers and other internal departments
Bank Reconciliations
