Our client manufactures a wide range of Lamination & Encapsulation Machines and Films; including SuperStick for digital output. As innovators of the thermal lamination process. They are looking for a Service Engineer to assist with their customer queries.

• The Ideal candidate should have:-
• Electrical or Mechanical knowledge
• Experience in PLC's
• Experience in Pneumatics
• Have a recognised Engineering qualification
• 17th Edition regulations
• Must be computer illiterate and able to self-manage

The successful candidate will have a fully expensed company car, company credit card.
UK and some overseas travel will be required
25'000 per annum + overtime & commission

Job Title: Site Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)
Salary: 30'000 - 34'000 P/A
Benefits: Company bonus, Pension and a free lunch card for the canteen 3.50 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with a call out 1 week in 4

A versatile role that requires you to be part of a successful maintenance team, working as the site mechanical specialist, forming part of a cohesive unit that will provide support to all team members. Undertaking all other aspects of the site maintenance as required

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist mechanical knowledge
• To advise the site manager on engineering works and plan as needed
• Undertake planned maintenance; inspections, daily weekly and monthly
• Day to day frontline fault finding and repair work
• To support a 24 hour call out service
• Assist with contractor control and management
• Maintain accurate job and service records
• Service and maintain automated conveyer systems
• Installation of new electrical and non-electrical equipment
• Additional works are required by site manager

Skills:

• Mechanical - (C&G) Part 1 + 2 Mechanical or NVQ level 3 Mechanical City & Guilds or Level 3 Diploma in Engineering- Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning.
• Certification in welding an advantage
• Conveyer systems and robotics would also be an advantage
• Competent in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Demonstrate a good track record of achieving results.
• Experience in planned Preventative Maintenance Systems
• Experience of working with an Ammonia Refrigeration Plant would be an advantage
• Previous experience working within production

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual to join the company as Principal / Senior Engineer.

The Company
We are a leading firm of Consulting Engineers, Project Managers and Development Consultants.
The company provides multi-disciplinary consultancy services on a diverse range of strategic development, infrastructure and regeneration projects throughout the UK. We have an impressive track record of providing leading edge advice on some of the most challenging and large scale projects.

The Role
The successful candidate will join the local business, and will lead the design of a number of infrastructure schemes as well as liaising with clients and mentoring junior staff in the following disciplines:
• Highway design (S38 / S278) both preliminary and detailed
• Drainage design (S104 / S98) both strategic and detailed
• Design of foul pumping stations, SUDS, flow control structures and balancing facilitates
• Residential and commercial external works design including earthworks assessments
The position will suit:
• A Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE / CEng MCIHT/ CEnv CIWEM etc.)
• A graduate Civil Engineer with a MEng / BEng / BSc who is near Chartered status
• A Civil Engineer with experience in the civil engineering sector
• A Civil & Structural Engineer who is proficient in using AutoCAD
• Experience of using PDS & Microdrainage would be desirable
The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be the sort to thrive in a hardworking and dynamic work environment.
