Job title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 17,100 - 18,500 depending on experience
Hours: 40hrs per week, shift based mainly Monday to Friday with occasional weekends

Our client deliver an excellent customer service on behalf of well know companies throughout the UK and are looking to recruit Customer Service Agents to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. They are looking for motivated individuals who are keen to receive ongoing training and work as part of a forward thinking team. Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Making outbound calls to customers with the main aim of taking payment of outstanding monies over the phone
* Receiving inbound calls and being the main point of contact for customers
* Setting up payment plans
* Arranging payment dates
* Updating in-house database
* Working to set KPI's

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* Good customer service experience
* Target driven individual
* Polite and professional
* Positive attitude
* Excellent telephone and communication skills
* Ability to multi-task

Job title: Customer Service Executives
Location:Redditch
Hours:40hrs per week Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (occasional 7.30pm finish) to include 1 in every 3 Saturdays 9am-4pm
Holiday: 20 days holiday rising to 25 following each full year worked plus bank holidays


My client is an established and privately owned insurance company based in Redditch who predominantly deal with motor and home insurance. Due to growth they are looking for Customer Service Executives to join their existing team. This is an exciting opportunity for talented individuals looking for a career in insurance.
